The Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone-starrer ‘Fighter’ was announced on Duggu’s birthday in January of this year. Since then, there’s been very slow development on the film. Now the makers have revealed that they will try something new that has not been done in India films thus far. ‘Fighter’ will be an aerial action franchise like ‘Top Gun’ and the makers are looking at targeting the global audience with this high octane drama. This means that the star could be seen flying planes and choppers warding off the evil. Director-producer Siddharth Anand is looking to give another hit with Hrithik after ‘War’ in 2019. For this, he is making sure not to leave any stone unturned and make this a big screen experience like no other. ‘Fighter’s is scheduled to release in September 2022.
