The hit pair of ‘Jab We Met’, Imtiaz Ali and Shahid Kapoor, were set to return to the silver screen with a fresh love story. However, the project was shelved due to lack of any financial backer. If trade buzz is to be believed then Imtiaz had a tough time getting a production house on board for the film, featuring the highly paid Shahid Kapoor. Instead, the filmmaker is now toying with the idea of making another movie with a not-so-expensive cast. Reports suggest that Imtiaz is planning to rope in Abhishek Bachchan or Varun Dhawan.
