Veteran Bollywood actor Kader Khan passed away at a hospital in Canada on Monday. The dialogue writer of ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’ was staying with his son Sarfaraz Khan and died due to prolonged illness. Kader Khan had been hospitalized since a long time and was recently shifted to a BiPAP ventilator, after he developed breathing issues. The last rites of the celebrated Bollywood actor will be performed in Canada. Remembering the ageing star, Amitabh Bachchan shared, “Sad, depressing news. A brilliant stage artiste, most compassionate and accomplished talent on film, a writer of eminence, a delightful company and a mathematician.” Khan made his acting debut in 1973 with Rajesh Khanna’s ‘Daag’ and had worked in over 300 films.
