Kalki Koechlin has bagged an important role in Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt’s rapper film ‘Gully Boy’. Directed by Zoya Akhtar, the film is inspired from the Mumbai based street rappers Divine and Naezy, and will feature Ranveer and Kalki as rappers. ‘Gully Boy’ will be Kalki’s second tryst with Zoya after having worked with her in ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’. While the actress has just joined the team, Ranveer has already started crooning for his rapper character in the film. ‘Gully Boy’ will go on the floors this month with Zoya planning to shoot the film majorly in Mumbai.
