Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur will soon be seen in the Kangana Ranaut produced film ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’. The film has all the masala, right from the underworld story to romance and even comedy. Interestingly, ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’ had another title and star cast before the final product made it to the market. Revealing the big news, Kangana said, “I feel like I’m embarking on a new journey with ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’. Despite my debut in 2006, this film makes me feel like a debutante all over again. It holds a special place in my heart because it was previously launched with Irrfan Khan and me. At that time, it was titled ‘Divine Lovers.’ Unfortunately, our director Sai Kabir fell severely ill, which led to a delay of a good three to four years. When Kabir sir returned, we had already lost Irrfan saab, and that demotivated us.” Then came Nawaz and Avneet, and the rest is history. The flick is scheduled to release directly on Prime Video on June 23rd.
