Is this Kangana Ranaut’s first step in mending ways with Karan Johar? After the prestigious Padma Awards were announced over the weekend, Kangana praised Karan for his contribution to cinema. In an interview the actress said that Karan deserved the award despite being from the filmy family. He would have had an easy entry but KJo made his way up on merit. For those who may not know, Kangana and Karan both were announced as the Padma Shri awardees for distinguished service in the Art field. Their differences started on ‘Koffee With Karan’ where Kangana accused many celebrities, including Karan, of nepotism. With Kangana’s latest statement, it seems she might be making amends.
