Kangana Ranaut has busied herself with the preparations for her upcoming biggie ‘Thalaivi’. The actress has left for Los Angeles, US, where she will indulge in look tests for the film with Hollywood expert Jason Collins, who has worked on flicks like ‘Captain Marvel’ and ‘Blade Runner 2049’. Kangana will be playing Indian politician, late Jayalalithaa, in this film and is set to start shooting post Diwali near Mysore in India. The film was earlier titled ‘Thalaivi’ in Tamil and Telugu and ‘Jaya’ in Hindi, but Kangana insisted that due respect must be given to Tamil language, and the title ‘Thalaivi’ should be retained across all the three versions. Directed by AL Vijay, the film is produced by Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Shaailesh R Singh.
