Many Bollywood celebrities were in the fray in the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 that were recently concluded in India. Kangana Ranaut, Hema Malini, Shatrughan Sinha, Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan were some of the well-known names who contested, whereas Govinda, Rajkummar Rao and some other actors either campaigned for a party or for the Election Commission of India, to encourage more voters to come out and vote. In her debut, Kangana won the seat she was contesting from and said “thank you” after achieving the feat. Veteran actors Hema Malini and Shatrughan Sinha too won their respective seats, spreading a wave of joy among their fans. On the other hand, Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan too emerged victorious. The results of the elections were declared today, on 4th June 2024.
