Kangana Ranaut is putting in a lot of efforts to portray the historic character of Rani Laxmibai in ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’. The film was scheduled to release in April this year, but was postponed. The makers are reportedly planning to release the biopic on some date in August or September. ‘Manikarnika’ was said to clash with Rajinikanth’s ‘2.0’, but Kangana and team are making sure to avoid a box office tussle so that they can have the maximum eyeballs. Apart from this biopic, Kangana will also be working on ‘Mental Hai Kya’, alongside Rajkummar Rao.
