Joining his peers of Bollywood, Karan Johar will now have his wax statue at Madame Tussauds Museum later this year. Karan will be the first ever Indian filmmaker to enter the world renowned attraction. The ‘My Name Is Khan’ director has been a popular name, inquired by most fans and visitors at the museum. His wax figure will be launched with a multi-city tour across Asia, giving fans a glimpse of his statue. The procedures have begun and the figure will be ready in the next six months. This year is turning out to be special for Karan Johar as his directorial debut ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ will complete 20 years, his chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’ will kick off the sixth season and the excitement of a wax statue!
