An ensemble cast, consisting Karan Johar, Sonakshi Sinha, Riteish Deshmukh, Diljit Dosanjh and Lara Dutta, has come together for a comedy entertainer titled ‘Boom Boom In New York’! This massive project is a comedy drama directed by Chakri Toleti, who has helmed several Tamil and Telugu films. Interestingly, the makers of ‘Boom Boom In New York’ swiftly shot the entire film and have announced the release date as February 23, 2018. The project is based on the popular IIFA Awards and many portions of the film were shot during the last awards function which was hosted in New York.
