High on the release of two of his films ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ and ‘Shehzada’, Kartik Aaryan has purchased a new flat in Mumbai. Kartik’s new apartment has come with a whopping Rs 17.50 crore price tag. It is said that it was his mother’s dream to have a new home in Mumbai and as the obedient son, Kartik has fulfilled this wish. The flat is in Mumbai’s posh Juhu area in a building named Siddhivinayak. His sprawling new pad is 1,594 square feet and comes with the parking for a couple of vehicles. The campus in which his new flat is located called Presidency Society is the same place where Kartik already has a house and his family resides there. With the purchase of a luxurious car recently and this new house, Kartik’s personal life seems to be booming.
