A fight between Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions has taken the entire industry by storm. Fans and Bollywood insiders were left aghast when the news of the actor being dropped from Dharma’s ‘Dostana 2’ went viral today. Reports suggested that Kartik was removed from the film due to unprofessional behaviour. The hunt for an apt actor who could replace Kartik is said to be on by the production house. Kartik has supposedly shot ‘Dostana 2’ for about 20 days, but having left no choice he may have to throw in the towel. Dharma downplayed the incident and issued this statement, ‘Due to professional circumstances, on which we have decided to maintain a dignified silence, we will be recasting Dostana 2, directed by Collin D’Cunha. Please wait for the official announcement soon”. Janhvi Kapoor is the lead actress in the film which is a sequel to comedy hit ‘Dostana’ with Abhishek, John and Priyanka.
