Just weeks after undergoing surgery to repair a knee injury incurred during an action-heavy shoot for a Kabir Khan sports project, Kartik Aaryan is already back on set. Reports say that the actor is now devoting his time to Anurag Basu’s untitled romance currently in its closing phase of production. Shooting is taking place at Goregaon’s Film City where the creative team has strategically plotted scenes that don’t demand intensive physical exertion from the still-healing performer. Opposite Sreeleela, Kartik still has unfinished sequences to complete for the film. To keep production momentum while protecting his knee, filmmakers have reportedly opted for a shoot plan centered around intimate, close-range camera work. The decision to push forward rather than delay was made jointly by both the actor and director, given how close the project is to wrapping. If everything stays on track, the film should be in the can by late August. The mishap occurred on August 18 during the action-packed portion of the Kabir Khan venture.
