Aamir Khan plays a special role in his next home production, ‘Secret Superstar’, that of a music director Shakti. However co-producer of the film and his wife Kiran Rao never wanted Aamir to be a part of the film! “I was one of those who opined that Aamir should not do the role. It is kind of a creepy character, someone you don’t want to hangout with alone in a room. I told him it would look weird; you’ve just done a father’s role in ‘Dangal’, so you don’t have to do this peculiar one,” said Kiran. The film is slated to release on October 19.
