Legendary Bollywood singer Lata Mangeshkar recently had a health scare and was admitted to the Breach Candy Hospital in South Mumbai. The 90-year-old singer was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit early Monday morning. However, a few sources said that she was soon on the path of recovery. “Lata Mangeshkarji had a viral chest congestion. Keeping her age in mind, as a precautionary measure, she has checked in to Breach Candy Hospital in order to ensure antibiotics on time to prevent any more infection. She is stable and recovering,” also read an official statement. Lata Mangeshkar was reportedly visited by sister Asha Bhonsle, later in the day. The latest news though says that the crooner is in a critical condition and is being kept under observation.
