Pradeep Sarkar’s last outing on the silver screen was the Rani Mukerji starrer, action packed ‘Mardaani’ in 2014. Apparently the filmmaker has now finalized yet another female-oriented script, which he will soon start shooting. If rumor mills are to be believed then this could well be a sequel to his 2014 release. ‘Mardaani’ was Rani Mukerji’s first film after marriage with Aditya Chopra and the actress pumped in a lot of action, which also fared well at the box office. However, now that Pradeep Sarkar is considering a probable sequel, will it be Rani Mukerji or fresh face playing the lead is what remains to be seen.
