Nawazuddin Siddiqui has taken legal action after the recent controversy surrounding his personal life in the past few months. The actor has filed a defamation suit in the Bombay High Court seeking Rs 100 crore in damages from his wife Aaliya, alias Zainab Siddiqui and his brother Shamasuddin Siddiqui. The actor, who is battling a matrimonial dispute with Aaliya, requested the honourable court that the two should be restrained from making any defamatory remarks against him. Not wanting to stop at stopping them, Nawaz has also sought a written apology from Aaliya and Shamasuddin. The actor has alleged that Aaliya and Shamsuddin have misappropriated his funds to the tune of Rs 21 crore. Justice Riyaz Chagla is likely to hear the case on March 30th.
