Shraddha Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar will soon start shooting for ‘Rock On!! 2’, a sequel to the hit 2008 film ‘Rock On!!’. The makers of the film plan to start shooting in North-East India and apparently the schedule will be coinciding with the much popular music festival NH7 Weekender. Trade buzz suggests that since ‘Rock On!! 2’ team will already be in Shillong where the film is being shot, they have decided to capture the music festival as well. As it was seen in the first film, music plays a big role in these series, and the mood of NH7 Weekender is expected to add to it immensely. From the original cast, the film will star Prachi Desai, Arjun Rampal and Purab Kohli. However, ‘Rock On!! 2’ will be directed by debutant director Shujaat Saudagar.
