Riteish Deshmukh’s upcoming film ‘Banjo’ is a musical, which is being compared to Ranbir Kapoor’s 2011 hit ‘Rockstar’. The comparison is inevitable as the first look and feel of both the films turn out to be similar. “I am trying something different here. I am a big Ranbir Kapoor fan and really like his work. It will be unfair to compare ‘Banjo’ and ‘Rockstar’. When you will see the film, you will realize that both the characters are very different. It is like comparing Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor in a romantic role,” states Riteish, who plays the role of a Banjo player in the movie.
