From Neerja’s classmates cheering for Sonam to Bollywood and most celebs singing praises about the film, Sonam Kapoor is on cloud nine with the response. The actress says, “I am very happy with the response. All that people are talking about me is because of ‘Neerja’, so I am happy.” While the film has received rave reviews, Indian dairy cooperative Amul also joined in the celebrations. Famous for its quirky and strong takes on the current issues, the company remembered the brave heart Pan Am flight attendant Neerja Bhanot by releasing a 1980 ad featuring Bhanot from her modelling days.
