Priyanka Chopra Jonas had recently initiated a fundraiser to help people affected with Covid-19 in India. The second wave in the country has been really heartbreaking and coming to help were many celebrities who donated to the best of their ability. Priyanka in the meantime started a charity in the US where she managed to collect a whopping amount of three million dollars, which turns out to be almost Rs 22 crore. Informing about the same, PC says, “Thank you to every single one of you who have donated and made these actions possible. With your support, we’ve now accelerated our fundraiser to $3 million.” The actress also informed that she has procured 500 oxygen concentrators along with over 400 oxygen cylinders. Not stopping at that, she could even manage to arrange for manpower at 10 vaccination centres in India to speed up the process.
