Priyanka Chopra shocked everyone on Friday when she announced that she and husband Nick Jonas had become a proud parents of a baby. Even more surprising news followed when she revealed that the couple had become parents through surrogacy. Interestingly, Priyanka didn’t reveal whether it was a girl or a boy when she shared a joint statement with Nick, “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family. Thank you so much.” Some reports later suggested that it was a baby girl. Congratulations were in order as Katrina Kaif, Farhan Akhtar, Neha Dhupia and many other top Bollywood celebs wished the couple on hearing the good news. Priyanka and Nick are yet to disclose the name of the baby as well.
