Reports suggest that Rani Mukerji, who portrayed Senior Inspector of the Crime Branch, named Shivani Shivaji Roy, in ‘Mardaani’, will be shown as Superintendent of Police in ‘Mardaani 2’. Husband-producer Aditya Chopra is planning to launch a young boy to play a threatening antagonist. ‘Mardaani 2’ will be directed by debutante Gopi Puthran, who penned the first installment of this action drama.
