Indian film industry’s actresses are being targeted with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the deep fakes being created are causing a lot of concern. First it was Rashmika Mandanna who fell prey to a deep fake video and now it is Katrina Kaif. Instead of wearing the towel in the action scene of ‘Tiger 3’, the recently released clip shows Katrina wearing lingerie in the morphed picture. Getting a cue from the past incident, many websites tried to take down the latest morph, but the damage was already done as they quickly went viral. Sadly, this is a sign of things to come unless some preventative measures aren’t added to AI technology.
