Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham’ franchises and his Cop Universe are well known. While Ajay Devgn has been a constant face for ‘Singham’ and ‘Singham Returns’, ‘Singham Again’ too cannot take off without him. As an extra round of ammunition in this action-packed film, the news of Vicky Kaushal featuring and then backing out from ‘Singham Again’ had hit the headlines. Not one to heed the rumors, the makers issued a statement on the stars of the film which read, “There have been many speculations doing the rounds about the star cast in Rohit Shetty’s next directorial, ‘Singham Again’. The film is currently in pre-production. We request the media to refrain from making any premature announcements at this stage. We will be making an official star cast announcement soon,” through the production house Rohit Shetty Picturez.
