With Phantom Films being dissolved and its four partners – Anurag Kashyap, Vikramaditya Motwane, Vikas Bahl and Madhu Mantena parting ways, the fate of the much-awaited web-series ‘Sacred Games 2’ was left in lurch. However, the thriller show will now be continued as streaming giant Netflix has announced its support to Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane. What’s more? The second season, starring Saif Ali Khan in a pivotal role, will be shot soon too. It was scheduled to go on the floors this month, but the shoot was delayed. Though the team hasn’t come out with the official statement, Netflix is planning to air ‘Sacred Games 2’ sometime next year.
