Salman Khan has turned his visit to Saudi Arabia into a headline as he attends the fifth Red Sea Film Festival where his presence has sparked a wave of excitement. During a lively on‑stage conversation, he revisited the milestones of his long career before stepping out for the festival’s grand awards night. The evening took an unexpected turn when he crossed paths with Johnny Depp, and a snapshot of the two shared by the festival’s official account, instantly ignited a frenzy online. His star‑studded interactions didn’t end there. Salman also connected with Idris Elba and Edgar Ramirez, with their photos quickly circulating across social platforms. Later, Salman had the honor of presenting Idris Elba with the prestigious Red Sea Honoree Award, accompanied by the festival’s message: “Congratulations to actor and filmmaker Idris Elba for being honored at Red Sea Film Festival 2025 with the Red Sea Honoree Award presented to him by Salman Khan.” Back home, Salman’s most recent release, ‘Sikandar’ marked his latest appearance in theaters though the film struggled to win over audiences.
