Rohit Shetty is known for his action flicks and recent reports claimed that the filmmaker has been roped in to call the shots of Salman Khan-starrer ‘Kick 2’. However, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment flatly denied the possibility of the association, stating that Sajid Nadiadwala will be helming the sequel to the 2014 release. “We strongly deny any reports of association of any other name as the director of ‘Kick 2’. The film will be directed by Sajid Nadiadwala,” shared producers Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment in a statement. Sajid marked his directorial debut with ‘Kick’ and is keen to return to the director’s chair for the second installment too. The makers have largely acted as producers in the entertainment industry till now.
