Jacqueline Fernandez fell into the trap laid by conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar and ended up into the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED). While the ED questioned the duo, more skeletons are coming out of the closet. Further investigations have reportedly revealed that Sukesh tried to widen the trap net to actresses like Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar. Fortunately none of them fell for it, but he did gain access. Sara was offered expensive gifts, including cars, multiple times but the ‘Atrangi Re’ actress kept denying it. She finally gave in to accept chocolates, but later Sukesh also gifted her a Franck Muller wristwatch running in lakhs of rupees. His Bollywood connections further widened when the conman paid Janhvi nearly Rs 19 lakh for a salon inauguration in Bengaluru. Bhumi too rejected his offer of cars and other luxurious gifts when she was approached through Sukesh’s con associates. Sara, Janhvi and Bhumi have submitted the details to the ED.
