Mira Rajput decided to get into an arranged marriage at the age of 22, with a much older Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor. “I felt that this worked for both of us very beautifully. We laid our cards and were ourselves. There was no negative surprise after marriage, both of us accepted the roles. We have become more wholesome,” says Mira. And like every other marriage, this star couple has its ups and downs too. “We have fights, we laugh a lot, raise our child together, are best of friends and when we step out, we are just two people together taking on the world,” says Mira unabashedly.
