Shahid Kapoor intrigued everyone when he was injured in Chandigarh shooting for his upcoming film ‘Jersey’. The film is based on cricket and Shahid was hit with a ball while filming a scene. Hence he had to return to his home to Mumbai. But what peaked everyone’s curiosity was the way the actor carried himself at the airport. Shahid wore a skull mask to hide his probable lip injury and the stitches. Shahid later thanked everyone with a Tweet, “Thank you for all the concern. Yes, I have got a few stitches but am recovering fast. ‘Jersey’ has taken a little bit of my blood but a script this good deserves that in the least.” Shahid was hit on Friday and returned on Sunday.
