Love Sonia trailer out now!


The trailer of Tabrez Noorani’s internationally acclaimed Love Sonia has arrived today.

The film has got standing ovations globally for its soul shaking story about human trafficking. The film also won the Best Indie Film Award at Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2018.

Love Sonia is a hard-hitting story of a 17 year old girl who risks her life to rescue her sister from a vicious human trafficking network across India, Hong Kong and Los Angeles.

Director, Tabrez Noorani who has previously been associated with films like Life Of Pi, Zero Dark Thirty and Slumdog Millionaire adds, “It is incredibly satisfying to be releasing this trailer and the movie in India, where I was born, raised and first started working in the entertainment industry. I am also glad to introduce the extremely talented Mrunal Thakur who has given this film everything.”

Actor, Manoj Bajpayee said, “This film is close to my heart and the story of a young girl on a journey to find her sister is extremely touching.”

Zee Studios will be releasing the film in India. Tamasha Talkies and Samraaj Talkies in association with India Take One Productions, Cinemantra Entertainment and Media & Dynasty Consulting Group Present Love Sonia. The film is Tabrez Noorani’s directorial debut, produced by the Academy Award nominated producer of Life of Pi, David Womark and Tabrez Noorani. Co-produced by Amar Butala and Executive Producers include Shalini Thackeray, Deepak Nayar and Pravesh Sahni. The Dynasty Consulting Group was instrumental in setting up the movie.

The film has a strong ensemble cast including Manoj Bajpayee, Richa Chadha, Rajkummar Rao, Anupam Kher, Sai Tamhankar, Adil Hussain, Demi Moore, Mark Duplass with Freida Pinto and introducing Mrunal Thakur and Riya Sisodiya. Love Sonia releases on 14th September 2018.
