Sidharth Malhotra was offered a part in Anurag Basu’s upcoming multi-starrer film, ‘Life In A Metro 2’. However, the actor has declined the project, where he was supposed to be cast opposite Taapsee Pannu. The fresh pair of Sidharth and Taapsee was to feature in this romantic comedy story, but the makers are now on the lookout for another lead actor. Arjun Kapoor, who was initially offered the film, has his hands full with other projects and refused the opportunity owing to date issues. Till now, Basu has managed to get stars like Rajkummar Rao, Saif Ali Khan and Sonakshi Sinha on board.
