One of the fittest actors of Bollywood’s current crop is Sidharth Malhotra. This lean actor shared a tip or two about maintaining good health, “One should incorporate sports for fitness. Even if you play with a ball at home, that also keeps you healthy and burns calories. Just don’t sit around, do something. Your body is the only place you have to live in, so please take good care of it.” Sidharth is often spotted playing a game of football with other young stars of the industry. “In sports, you get to see the emotions of life. There is anger, energy, fear and everything else,” added the actor.
