Aamir Khan’s latest release, ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ has made a strong impact at the box office since its theatrical debut on June 20, 2025. The film opened with Rs 10.7 crore on Day 1 and witnessed a remarkable surge over the weekend peaking at Rs 27.25 crore on Sunday. Despite a sharp 69 percent drop on Monday, it still managed Rs 8.5 crore, followed by Rs 4.21 crore on Tuesday. As of Day 5, the film’s domestic net collection stands at Rs 70.86 crore, while its India gross has reached Rs 80 crore. Overseas, it has earned Rs 30 crore, bringing the worldwide total to an impressive Rs 110 crore. The film’s performance has been especially strong in urban centres like Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Chennai, though footfalls dipped slightly in cities like Kolkata and Ahmedabad. Directed by RS Prasanna and co-starring Genelia D’Souza, the film continues to draw audiences with its emotional depth and star power.
