Sonakshi Sinha and Taapsee Pannu are the frontrunners in the race to bag an important Bollywood biopic, on the Indian women cricket team’s captain Mithali Raj. Viacom 18 Motion Pictures holds the rights to make the biopic and the buzz is that the creative minds at the production house are toying with the idea to cast Sonakshi Sinha who has worked on films like ‘Noor’ and ‘Ittefaq’ or Taapsee Pannu who has to her credit some impressive performances from ‘Pink’ and ‘Baby’. But even if one is to play the lead, the other can always be accommodated for another role in the same film.
