Sonakshi Sinha skipped an event in Delhi over the weekend and faced a lot of flak on social media. Revealing the real reason for not fulfilling her commitment last minute, Sonakshi’s team released a statement, which read, “The organizers failed to clear the dues till last minute and didn’t even send the return tickets, since she had a shoot the next morning. They remained incommunicado with Sonakshi’s team till the last minute and she returned home from the airport. Being a thorough professional, she was not pleased with the lack of commitment showcased and hence took a stand against attending the event.” Fans hoping to see Sonakshi at the event turned aggressive at the venue.
