Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic home Mannat, is a must see for visitors in Mumbai. However, starting in May, fans will only witness construction as the superstar’s residence undergoes renovation. According to reports, SRK, his wife Gauri Khan and their children Aryan, Suhana and AbRam will move to a four-story luxury apartment in Pali Hill, Bandra leased from film producer Vashu Bhagnani for a monthly rent of Rs 24 lakhs. Mannat will undergo extensive enhancements over the next few years. Gauri Khan received approval to add two extra floors to the six-story Mannat annexe, increasing the area by 616.02 square meters. As King Khan likes to lead his life king size, the project’s estimated cost is Rs 25 crore.
