Sushmita Sen was eager to get back on screen. She couldn’t hold back when she got an offer from writer-director Ram Madhvani for the web series ‘Aarya’. Unfortunately, the lockdown happened and it was being said that the show could well get delayed. But as fate would have it, team ‘Aarya’ wound up shooting just in the nick of time and only the dubbing remained for the series to roll out. Not wanting to delay it further, Sushmita dubbed her part from home as fast as she could and sent it across to the director. With this, ‘Aarya’ is back on track and can hit Amazon Prime by the end of May, which happens to be just a few days later than its original release.
