Amid the buzz of joining the ‘Bhoot Bangla’ team, Tabu found herself embroiled in a controversy due to an alleged misleading report. The report suggested that she made a comment about ‘wanting to share a bed with a man.’ Distressed by these false claims, Tabu’s management swiftly issued a statement: “Stop Press! There are several websites and social media handles that have falsely attributed certain undignified statements to Tabu. We would like to clarify that she never made these quotes, and it is a serious breach of ethics to mislead the audience. We demand that these websites remove the fabricated quotes immediately and issue a formal apology for their actions.” Allegedly, during the promotions of her 2024 film ‘Crew’, Tabu was asked about her marital plans and reportedly remarked that she isn’t interested in marriage but would welcome a man in bed. Nevertheless, Tabu and her team have vehemently denied these assertions, maintaining that she never made such remarks.
