Kamal Haasan escaped death by just a few inches when he was shooting for his upcoming film ‘Indian 2’. The superstar briefed the media yesterday that a crane came crashing down on the sets of the film when he was shooting in Chennai. The film’s director Shankar also cheated death by just about four seconds, as per the actor’s version. Haasan was shooting for a scene with actress Kajal Aggarwal and that’s when the crane gave way, falling inches away from them. The unfortunate accident took lives of three technicians and injured about four others on the way down. Haasan immediately announced interim financial aid of Rs 1 crore to the kin of the deceased and for the injured put together.
