Vaani Kapoor marked her entry in Bollywood with Yash Raj Films’ (YRF) ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’ in 2013, but the film tanked at the box office. Now YRF’s Aditya Chopra seems to be giving yet another push to her career. Vaani is the top contender for yet another project produced by Yash Raj, which will reportedly star Ranbir Kapoor in the lead. The actress is the newest blue-eyed girl of one of the biggest production houses in Bollywood and even shot a music video, ‘Main Yaar Manana Ni’, promoting her. Vaani’s name also cropped up for ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ and Hrithik-Tiger-starrer projects, both by Yash Raj Films.
