The Indian film industry is on Cloud 9 these days thanks to films like ‘Gadar 2’, ‘OMG 2’, ‘Rocky Aur Rani’ and ‘Dream Girl 2’ hitting a bullseye with audiences. And there are even more that released earlier which have fared well with moviegoers. So at a promotional event for The Great Indian Family, Vicky Kaushal was asked about his reaction, he said, “What ‘Gadar 2’ is doing is incredible and it’s so nice to see the audience celebrate cinema. The way the films are doing well – ‘Dream Girl 2’, ‘Gadar 2’, ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’, ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’, ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ – all are different films and the audience is giving them a chance. Thanks to the audience for making us believe in the power of cinema again. Content will always speak and hopefully, the momentum will continue.” Vicky was promoting the number ‘Kanhaiya Twitter Pe Aaja’ from his upcoming movie ‘The Great Indian Family’, which is slated to release on September 25th this year.
