Hema Malini’s dream project, setting up a dance institution, has landed her in a serious controversy. It was alleged that the actress was given a piece of land at a throwaway price of Rs 70,000. However, Hema Malini called a press conference to clear the picture. She said, “I don’t even know how much I have to pay, I am not grabbing any land. We will do everything according to the law. I have to make an entire garden and give it to BMC, which they will later maintain. It is a very big task for me, to make a garden apart from making my own institute. It is a white elephant for me.” Once started, Hema Malini’s dance institute will teach dance and music free of cost.
