Raaj Shaandilyaa, who directed the Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer ‘Dream Girl’ has contracted Covid-19. The pandemic is showing no signs of slowing down and Bollywood seems to be one of its biggest targets. This could be perhaps because many have started shooting and hence have to venture out regularly. Also, coming in close contact with many cast and crew is proving to be dangerous. Reportedly, Raaj tested positive yesterday, September 9th. Thanks to a week-long fever which refused to go, the director tested himself at a lab. The reports unfortunately were positive. Raaj is now home-quarantined till he is declared Covid free. The filmmaker was planning to make two different movies with Ayushmann and Varun Dhawan. For the time being, he’s concentrating on himself and will commence work after recovery.
