After facing protests in Jaipur and Kolhapur, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has erected the sets of his upcoming film ‘Padmavati’ in Mumbai. A camp-like set for Mughal ruler Alauddin Khilji, played by Ranveer Singh, has been erected in Dahisar locality of suburban Mumbai and the filmmaker is busy shooting the period drama with Ranveer. While an elaborate set has been put up at the Film City studios in Mumbai, the team of ‘Padmavati’ is busy juggling between the two different shooting locations. However it seems like Bhansali is finally shooting with peace. Deepika Padukone plays the title role or queen Padmavati while Shahid Kapoor plays her husband, Raja Rawal Ratan Singh.
