Kangana Ranaut is known for playing bold female characters. The industry buzz says that Kangana has read the manuscript of ‘One Indian Girl’, a novel by Chetan Bhagat, and is much impressed by the strong female portrayal. Hence, the actress has allegedly asked the author that she would love to play the leading lady in the book’s Bollywood adaptation. Kangana is currently busy shooting for Hansal Mehta’s ‘Simran’. If all goes well then she may start shooting for ‘One Indian Girl’ by the end of 2017. The story is about a female investment banker, who earns a lot of money and have strong opinions on things.
