‘Besharam’, ‘Bombay Velvet’ and ‘Roy’, all films drove Ranbir Kapoor’s career downhill. The actor reminisces that his entry in Bollywood happened with a bad film, “The most important film of my life was ‘Saawariya’. It was my first film and it was a huge disaster. I learnt a lot from that.” But the passion for acting keeps Ranbir going. “Of course, my last three films have not worked, so there is pressure, because we make a film for the audiences, who have trusted me. My fans said that Ranbir does good films, but I have not done ‘paisa vasool’ film for them. I can only work from my heart but the final destiny of the film is not in my hand,” added Ranbir, whose ‘Tamasha’ releases next Friday.
