Salman Khan is said to launch six theaters across the state of Maharashtra, which will sell heavily subsidized tickets. Ironically, the shows could be free for kids. This dream project will go by the name of Salman Talkies. Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ and Ajay Devgn’s ‘Shivaay’ will be the first two movies to be released there. Sallu strongly believes that the ticket rates should be brought down to make movies accessible to all. Apparently, the subsidized theater chain may also open in Uttar Pradesh in early 2017. It is said that the star is also eyeing to build a private theater nearby his house in Bandra.
